We are very strict when it comes to choosing our staff, therefore some cleaners who work with us holds a CRB check.
Every worker that we recommend is personally interviewed and references checked by us.
Each of our workers is vetted and insured to ensure that we have on the books only experienced, honest and reliable workers.You can be sure that any worker we refer to you will have met our high standards.
1. Telephone Interview
We discuss the applicant’s cleaning experience in the UK and also assess their English language ability. All Our Cleaners are Must be fluent English speakers as we are really care about our company reputation and would never get on our books cleaner that would not be able to communicate with our clients. Simply because we think that it just looks Unprofessional.
If the applicant passed telephone interview, then we will arrange a Face-To Face Interview and they are required to provide us with the following documents:
- Proof of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
- Proof of home address for the last 3 years in the UK
- Proof of minimum 3 years of experience in the cleaning industry
- Minimum Two written references, which we are very carefully check
- In addition we do an identity check of any potential cleaner by third parties called Onfido to make sure that they are who they say are!!!!
2. Face-to-Face interview
Over 1.5-hour interview we discuss our requirements and whether the candidate is a good potential fit and has a right attitude to represent our company.
Typically only 3 in 100 candidates are successful and offered a role with Millennium City Cleaning and go through an initial 3-month probation period, where we carefully monitor their performance.
So you can be sure that any of the cleaners who represent Millennium City Cleaning are reliable, English speaking and very best in London who provide an exceptional professional cleaning service on our behalf. We would not work with anyone who’s in our opinion would ruin company reputation.
